Adare Toral (she/they) is the owner of CCP and a clinical supervisor, licensed therapist, and professor of psychology. Adare Toral is a licensed professional clinical counselor with a Masters Degree in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Ph.D. in Psychology, Public Policy, and Law from Alliant International University. She has completed training in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and uses this practice with clients who have suffered trauma, want relief, or want to reduce overall dysregulation. Adare is also a certified yoga instructor and wraps meditation and mindfulness practices into therapy, creating balance in the mind and body. Outside of therapy, you can find Adare practicing yoga, cross stitching, or enjoying coffee at a local shop. Specialties include EMDR, art therapy, somatic therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and adolescent psychology.

Brianne Hoak-Rangel

Brianne Hoak-Rangel is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor with a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. She has completed training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solutions-Focused Therapy, Somatic Therapy and other innovative techniques. Brianne utilizes these approaches to come alongside her clients in their journey and help them explore the power they have within themselves to overcome their current challenges and experience emotional freedom. Outside of therapy, you can find Brianne hiking on forest trails, practicing art, or camping in the mountains while drinking a steaming cup of coffee. Specialities include Art Therapy and Somatic Work.
